Developing your HACCP Plan – Workshop for Small Food Processors

December 5, 2018 @ 8:30 am - 4:00 pm



This full day interactive workshop will help guide you through the process of developing a HACCP Plan specific to your operation.

Participants should be very knowledgeable about the product(s) and manufacturing processes at their facility. Each participant will be provided with a binder to work through. Please bring to the workshop the following materials:

  • A blueprint or facility layout of your plant
  • A list of the products you manufacture and a list of the product ingredients (including the packaging materials)

Encouraged to bring your laptop if you wish to complete your HACCP Plan on your computer

Please park in the lot and obtain a parking pass from the front desk, to allow you to park for free for the day
